+ 500g sucre semoule
+ 1 sachet sucre vanillé
+ 2 cuill soupe de jus citron
3. faire chauffer à feu doux jusqu'à ce que le sucre
soit fondu, puis porter a ebullition.
Laisser bouillir doucement pdt 5 min.
4. Pdt ce tps, couper les poires en 2, les peler, et oter le coeur
5. Plonger les demi poires dans le sirop bouillant et
laisser pocher 10 min a petits bouillons
6. Les retirer avec l'ecumoire et les poser sur du papier absorbant,
cote bombé vers le haut
POUR LA CREME D'AMANDE : il nous faut
- 2 cuill soupe de farine,
- 125g beurre,
- 125g poudre d'amandes
- 2 oeufs,
- 125g sucre
7. Dans un saladier, melanger beurre, sucre, oeufs, et la poudre d'amandes ainsi que les 2 cuillières à soupe de farine.
8. etaler cette creme sur le fond de la tarte,
9. Disposer les poires sur la creme, enfoncer les tres legerement dedans.
10. Cuire 35 min ds four prechauffé à 180°
